HubSpot integrations that don't contradict themselves
We connect HubSpot to your billing, your database or your product, so sales, marketing and finance look at the same data. Every field with a clear owner, and no event lost on the way.
What we do
We build custom integrations on the HubSpot API: sync with Stripe or another billing system, with your product's backend or with your database; custom objects in the CRM for what the standard objects don't cover; webhooks in both directions; and lists, emails and workflows created by code instead of by hand.
The goal is a CRM that tells the truth. Sales shouldn't call a customer with a failed payment as if they were a lead, and marketing shouldn't send a welcome offer to someone who already cancelled.
How we approach it
- Every field has an owner. Before syncing anything, we decide which system is the source of truth for each field. Billing data is read-only in HubSpot; what a person decides in the CRM flows the other way.
- No event gets lost. Webhooks are verified by signature, stored once and processed from a queue, with retries that respect HubSpot's API rate limits. If HubSpot is unavailable, events wait and resume on their own.
- Periodic reconciliation as a safety net. There is always an import, a manual edit or an event that never arrived; a scheduled job finds it, fixes it and records who changed what.
- Credentials and consent, taken seriously. OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and refreshed without race conditions, logs that never show emails or tokens, and unsubscribes honored in both systems.
- Marketing defined as code. Properties, lists, emails and workflows are created by re-runnable commands, so what exists in one account can be recreated in another without rebuilding it by hand.
An integration you can see running
We built a complete demo: a subscription SaaS where HubSpot and Stripe stay in sync in both directions. A sign-up ends up as a trial contact with its subscription attached in the CRM, and an offer change made in HubSpot ends up as a coupon in Stripe. It's live, and we'll give you access if you want to see it. Read the full case.
Who decides
Behind every integration there is one person: Gustavo Benito Silva, building software since the late nineties and HubSpot Academy certified in integrating with HubSpot. We use AI throughout the process; what gets built and what reaches production is his call. Who's behind it.
How we work
Data map
What lives in HubSpot, what lives in your other systems and which one owns each field. It's the decision that saves the most work later.
Build on development accounts
We build against a HubSpot developer account and the test mode of your other services, without touching your real data.
Build
Sync, webhooks, reconciliation and whatever the CRM needs. Visible progress in every iteration.
Go live
We connect your real account, load what already exists and leave reconciliation running. Then we measure and adjust together.
Before we start, worth knowing
- If a native HubSpot integration or a marketplace app already solves your problem, we'll tell you before building anything.
- The HubSpot app and the service accounts stay in your name.
- Some HubSpot features depend on your subscription tier; we check that first so we don't design around something your account doesn't have.
